This Mooloolaba project involved the construction of a modern pool house, designed to complement the outdoor area while providing a functional and stylish retreat. The build included full structural works, external cladding, and installation of large windows and sliding doors to maximise natural light and connection to the pool area.
A covered alfresco section was incorporated to provide shade and usability in all weather conditions, supported by timber posts that add warmth and contrast to the clean, modern exterior. Finished with durable materials suited to coastal conditions, the result is a low-maintenance and versatile space ideal for entertaining and relaxing by the pool.
