This project involved the construction of a modern granny flat in Buderim, delivering a compact yet highly functional living space with a clean, contemporary finish. The build included full structural works, internal linings, flooring installation, and fit-out of a combined living, kitchen, and bedroom area, along with a separate bathroom.
Quality finishes were used throughout, including timber-look flooring, modern cabinetry, and a fully tiled bathroom with frameless glass shower, creating a low-maintenance and comfortable secondary dwelling ideal for guests or extended family living.
